You may start forming your nail to your desired shape,by using the attached long nail file. This should be done inone direction only.Using the Rectangular Nail Buffer.2nd. *Starting with the Blue Strip, buff across thenail in one direction for 10-15 seconds. This step removesridges, residue and stains.3rd. Use the Burgundy (strip) side of the buffer in back andforth motion for 10-15 seconds. This step will stimulatethe nail growth and will smooth the nailsurface.4th. Continue buffering your nail with the White side ofthe buffer for 15-20 seconds (as the last step).
